- Full PTAC removal and cleaning.
- Clean evaporator and condenser coils using a deep cleaned with a mild biodegradable detergent such as Simple Green™ following the manufacture recommendations.
- Clean filters, covers and grills by hand trigg spray application of Simple Green™ d Pro3.
- add one table of Pro-Treat 200™ for pan treatment.
- Documenting all model/serial numbers on all the equipment serviced.
